60 days Return Policy

Description

If your weapons do not satisfy you fully they can be returned within 60 days of the date recieved. Reimbursement covers the entire base price of the weapon including taxes for the countries concerned.

The reimbursement is subject to the following conditions:

1. Maximum period of 60 days.
2. The weapon must be returned to Calimacil at customer's expense.
3. The client must provide a copy of the invoice of purchase.
4. Custom orders are not included.
5. The item should not have any presence of combat and should not have being used within a LARP experience or used during practice.
6. The weapon must be purchased on www.calimacil.com or any Calimacil family web sites.

Procedure

To returning a products, you must ensure that they are properly packed, include the invoice and sent it by mail to the following address:

Shipping

You must assume the cost of shipping and insurance for the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during the transit.

Exceptions

Note: The weapon return policy of 60 days does not apply to custom orders or Refurbished items.
